i�iunn,•. <br /> ��> = Town of Mashpee <br /> 3• 1� Planning Board <br /> ` s 16 Great 71(ec((9�,oarf North, Mashpee, Mq 02649 <br /> Telephone (508)539-1400 eXt. 520 • FaX(508)539-1403 <br /> Mashpee Planning Board <br /> Notice of Decision <br /> December 26, 2001 <br /> You are hereby notified that the Mashpee Planning Board has filed its decision with the Town <br /> Clerk, at the Town Hall, Mashpee, on the petition of Dr. Jonathan Leach, 396 Flint Street, <br /> Marstons,Mills, MA 02648 for Modification of the roadway design for Oakwood Road as <br /> previously shown on a Definitive Plan entitled "Plan of Land in Mashpee, MA; Being an <br /> Abandonment of Village Way and Lots 5, 6, 8 and 13-21" dated April 24, 1998 and shown on <br /> Land Curt Plan 27901 F. <br /> The application has been approved with the following condition: <br /> Oakwood Road shall be constructed in conformance with the plan entitled "Site Plan for Dr. <br /> John Leach in Mashpee, MA" dated March 16, 2001, as revised December 14. 2001, by <br /> Christopher Costa & Associates, P.O. Box 128, 465 Main Street, E. Falmouth, MA, consisting of <br /> 3 sheets, including sheet I site plan, sheet 2 profiles and sheet 3 details, except that such plan and <br /> drainage calculations must be approved by the Planning Board's Consulting Engineer, with <br /> notice of said approval provided to the Board, before roadway construction may be begun. <br /> Should said plan not be approved, it shall be revised in conformance with the Consulting <br /> Engineer's instructions and 4 copies of the revised plan shall be submitted to the Planning Board <br /> before roadway construction may be begun. <br /> Plans may be viewed at the office of the Town Clerk. Within 20 days from the date hereon, an <br /> appeal may be taken from this decision in Superior Court. <br /> —�_ Town Clerk <br />
