Continued from Dec. 5, 2001 Steve Giatrelis was present. He presented contour plans, which the Board reviewed. This is one tame piece ofland and he wants to clear a p rfio n to store material - woodchips, store, fill, etc. Clearing would be 200 R x 215 r et, below the Cape Cod Commission threshold. Board members noticed the existence of some Fairly deep holes on the property and discussed the location of the road (really: a driveway). Ira special permit is issued, it will be for a specific location. Moving the road requires a change to the special permit.
