He anticipated a Report suitable for � <br /> filing with the Building Inspector would be completed within the <br /> next two weeks. <br /> 14 <br /> Mr. Bonvie stated his plans to re-vegetate the buffer zones ` <br /> just as soon as the weather would permit. <br /> Mr. Bonvie then requested an extension of time to <br /> incorporate a period of sixty (Go) days g a s during planting season. ,4' <br /> P g <br /> The Board agreed to extend to July 3, 1998 . � ,► <br /> 1r 4.k <br /> MOTIoN: John Kuchinski made a Motion to extend. the Special � <br /> Permit matter to July 3, 1998; which Motion was seconded by <br /> Dennis Balzarini and so voted unanimously. <br /> � <br /> Mr. Bonvie thanked the Board. (This matter concluded at � <br /> �r <br /> 9 : 55 p.m. ) <br /> fi <br /> The chairman declared, a five minute recess at this point. <br /> Ma shpee comprehensive Plan <br /> Transportation <br /> Mr. Fudala provided hand-out information on this <br /> Element to all Board Members for their review. The chairman <br /> asked Eric Smith to recap discussions held with the DPW Director, <br /> Greg Taylor. <br /> Eric advised the Board he had met with Mr. Taylor last <br /> summer and they reviewed the project lists from all of the <br /> Elements. (There is one list of intersections the Planning <br /> Department was unable to locate. ) Mr. Taylor commented. on <br /> intersection improvements, especially for Routes 28 and 151 . He ° � <br /> also commented on the Study. 'u <br /> The Chairman requested Eric to provide Mr. Taylor with a <br /> copy of the revised Transportation Element, as he has promised. <br /> to submit further written comments within a one week period, <br /> provided he receives a revised copy by tomorrow (January 22nd) . , <br /> Mr. Fudala noted sections with changes are in bold type and <br /> section i ��.at ng to discussions between Eric <br /> an <br /> underlined.
