Access is to be maintained at the ancient <br /> public ways, and providing periodic openings for animal passage. He suggested some vining materials could be planted <br /> where the chain link fencing is visible as well . He also agreed � f <br /> to incorporating a galvanized top rail to the chain link fenced <br /> areas as a safety precaution for horsemen. <br /> At this point, references were being made. p� ■ g to the Plan. with <br /> Applicant marking the perimeter of the proposed fencing.
