Voting in Favor: Beverly Dane, Dennis Bal .arini, Thomas O'Hara., and Joseph <br /> Mullin. <br /> Article#1 —Taking of Preakness Lame <br /> Shown on a Plan of Lard entitled, `'Easement Taking and Layout Plan <br /> of Preakness Lame in 1 iashpee, NIA, dated September 13, 006" <br /> MOTION: Tennis Balzarini made a Motion to recommend approval of the road <br /> taking for Preakness Lane to the Annual Town Meeting, May , 0 ; which Motion was <br /> duly seconded by Thom s O'Hara and so voted unanimously. <br /> Voting in Favor: Beverly Kane, Dennis Balzarini, Thomas O'Hara, and Joseph <br /> Mullin. <br /> Article#1 — Equestrian Avenue <br /> Shown on a Plan of Land entitled, "Easement Taking and Layout Plan of <br /> Equestrian venue" <br /> MOTION.- Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to reco mmend approval of the road <br /> taking for Equestnan Avenue to the Annual Town Meeting, May 5, 200 ; which Motion <br /> was duly seconded by Thomas O'Hara and so voted unanimously. <br /> Voting.in Favor: Beverly Kane, Dennis Bal . rini, ThomasO'Hara, and Joseph <br /> Mullin. <br /> Request for Release of Road and Flooding Covenants <br /> Arthur Pagan'— 149 and 221 Noisy Hole Road <br /> Thomas Mayo informed the Board that Attorney Benjamin Losordo, representing <br /> the Applicant, withdrew their subsequent filing and would like to move forward with the <br /> original approval made by the Planning Board (for certain specific elevations). Revised <br /> plans will be filed with the Planning Department on April 17, 2008. <br /> Non-Agenda Item <br /> ANR Submission— Steven Giatrellis-ABIJJT,LLC <br /> Thomas Mayo informed-the B oard that Mr. J i atre 11 i s submitted an ANR P Ian to <br /> the Planning Department this date. Applicant is requesting Board signature of a 9-lot <br /> ANR plan. <br /> The Chairman further explained that the Town Planner had spoken with Sharon <br /> Looney and Hoar Fox of the Cape Cod Commission with-reference to this matter; <br /> " orr Fox remembered that the Cape Cod Commission had waived jurisdictional <br /> review, but that to be sure he suggested we refer the ANR to the Cape Cod Commission. <br /> S <br />
