Applicant is requesting Board signature of a 9-lot <br /> ANR plan. <br /> The Chairman further explained that the Town Planner had spoken with Sharon <br /> Looney and Hoar Fox of the Cape Cod Commission with-reference to this matter; <br /> " orr Fox remembered that the Cape Cod Commission had waived jurisdictional <br /> review, but that to be sure he suggested we refer the ANR to the Cape Cod Commission. <br /> S <br />
