This matter has been rescheduled for November 1 ,2008 <br /> with the Historic District Commission. <br /> Ms. Sobeleski noted that she did receive comments from Mr. Rowley regarding <br /> the revised.Site Plan-this afternoon. Some of the comments however were made on the <br /> older version of the Site Plan as fir. Rowley did not have the match between the Site <br /> Plan and the Landscape Plan. She explained that the sidewalk issues he males reference <br /> to have been resolved. There are a number of engineering issues that are not major such <br /> as details-of the curbing, and.spot.elevations. There is one issue with respect to drainage <br /> calculations and the possible use f dry wells, She explained that.dry wells were not <br /> considered as it is their interpretation that they would not be acceptable as written in the <br /> regulation. <br /> The Town Planner agreed that roof runoff to dry wells is prohibited by Mashpee <br /> zoning. <br /> 4 <br />
