OWNER OF RECORD: J. Bruce MacGregor and John J. <br /> Paulding, Mashpee Industrial Park Trust, c/o Coastal Management, Barnstable, <br /> Massachusetts <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on April 9, and April 16, <br /> 2010, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on April 28, <br /> 2010. The following members of the Board were present and acting throughout: Robert <br /> G. Nelson, Jonathan Furbush, James Reiffarth, John M. Dorsey and Peter Hinden. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Matthew Eddy of Baxter Nye Engineering & Surveying represented the <br /> Petitioners, Richard Capen and Joao Junqueira, who also attended the meeting. Mr. Eddy <br /> said that the Petitioners have a Purchase and Sale Agreement with Mashpee Industrial <br /> Park Trust on the subject property. Capewide Enterprises conducts business as a building <br /> contractor and septic system installer. The business also rents construction site debris <br /> containers. <br /> The proposed building will be a 2-story wood structure. The total square footage <br /> for the building is 6,986 square feet, which includes the warehouse space and the <br /> incidental office space. The basement area has been reduced in size and will be used for <br /> mechanicals for the building. Available underground utilities include water, electric, <br /> communication and gas. <br /> 1 <br />
