He is a Vice President g e t of that r <br /> Company. He is also a registered professional engineer. <br /> disciplined in civil and transportation planning, a licensed <br /> construction supervisor in Massachusetts with an unrestricted <br /> '» r e a <br /> s�,. <br /> :t tate license, and a DEP Title V inspector.
