There was discussion relative to the 7. <br /> northern corner with Town-owned road water heading into the lot <br /> (which is not before the Board at this t ime) . The road layout `: <br /> and calculations remain for review. The Town Planner and the i <br /> engineering representative have agreed upon frontage issues, <br /> Mr. Rowley asked if drainage calculations have been provided �'� <br /> to the Planning Board. It was ' <br /> r <br /> agreed that the Definitive Plan could be filed at the April 1. <br /> 1998 Meeting, at which time a Public Hearing would be scheduled <br /> f or the beginning of may. <br /> The Town Planner brought up the subject of water quality <br /> reports being required by the Zoning Bylaw, "As part of any <br /> application for approval of a Definitive Subdivision Plan, <br /> excluding plans which would divide any parcel shown on the 1985 ,,ff, <br /> Assessors into five (5) or fewer lots, the Applicant shall submit <br /> en (to) copies of a water quality report.
