Planner made a point to explain to the Commission that Mash ee water n p ` p of be untreated due to various � clean-up issues. Fenn stated there would not be a problem del P2s. p deleting the word "untreated, " and explained the g lf r} p t e desire zre t o keep the words high quality in order to maintain groundwater in the best possible conditions. She stated the better approach is to protect the groundwater, rather then allow it to become degraded and then treat it. Mr. Cambareri requested the z classification system be listed in order to make water resource . management more cohesive. Mr. Cambareri stated his appreciation at the Town' s adoption of the ` commission r s d.e f i ned recharge areas f or marine enbayment s. He mentioned the modelling of f ort had a strong f ocus on the water supply i g` aspect in the zone II areas and s being adopted; the watershed was an add-on task to that effort. n+•s The Town Planner asked. Mr. Cambareri if it would be possible to be exactly consistent with the Earth Tech model. Mr. Cambareri stated there is currently an effort being conducted b the Upper y Pp Cape Groundwater Model . He said he has seen recharge areas to Ashumet and. John' s Pond, at the Marlboro offices, which could be a possible source.
