The Chairman explained the <br /> measurement was taken from the corner of the building, not the <br /> entrance of the school grounds. (There was some discussion and <br /> explanation of the distance requirements. ) r y.! <br /> The Town Planner explained, based upon legal advice that <br /> a number of opportunities have to be provided f or such " <br /> establishments, and the four sites were as few as the Planning <br /> Board/Department determined to provide. re' <br /> The Chairman stated his priority has been to write a Bylaw <br /> that can and should be defended.
