(This matter <br /> concluded at 9 : 3 5 P.M. ) .z <br /> y�l�l jt r <br /> • 'U 1 I <br /> Discussion <br /> Lawrence Sullivan-Great Hay Acres-35 Lot Subdivision <br /> The Chairman recognized Attorney Sullivan, who reported he <br /> has submitted a letter to the conservation Commission stating he <br /> is willing to donate a portion of the land/drainage easement. ' <br /> Attorney Sullivan also made reference to an easement which r=� <br /> may or may not have been granted in 1987 to Clipper Realty Trust <br /> and John Manoog f or emergency access. He informed the Board that <br /> he has researched the Registry of Deeds and found the easement ��F <br /> has never been recorded. The attorney f or Mr. Manoog, at the <br /> time, was Attorney Dunning who had prepared the easement, but was =.. t: <br /> unable to produce a signed copy of the document. 1t: <br /> Attorney Sullivan reported he has had a telephone <br /> conversation with Mr. Manoog, who seemed to remember having the <br /> easement document executed and returned to the Planning <br /> Board/Department. Attorney Sullivan <br /> indicated the emergency status road on the Plan as well <br /> Pointing g y e as <br /> nting out the location of some type of gate.
