He also <br /> commented, that in all fairness to prospective <br /> p p buyers, the road <br /> should have been constructed at the outset so that people would <br /> haVe been fully aware of its existence at the time of purchase. <br /> Both John Kuchinski and chance Reichel agreed the road <br /> ushould be built out. <br /> Chance Reichel agreed there is some merit to the issue of <br /> installation of a gate, although he did express concern as to the =rs. <br /> longevity of a gate/paved road (2-days) , maintenance <br /> requirements, and hazards relating to any damage done to the <br /> gate. <br /> The chairman recalled the gate issue, as discussed at the <br /> last Meeting, to be a temporary measure. :r <br /> fi <br /> (There was some Board discussion, of ter which the Chairman ;'�_ <br /> continued to hear public testimony. ) 1,¢i <br /> • 1 <br /> Bernie Rothchild., Snead.
