Mr. Sanicki made reference to a map entitled, "Plan <br /> of Land located in Mashpee, MA, prepared for C1 ippership Village' <br /> of Mashpee Property owners Association, Inc. , dated June 8, 1998. <br /> The Vice Chairman inquired as to ownership. Mr. Sanicki <br /> explained the Association owns the parcel, there is ample � • <br /> frontage around .the property, ample frontage on Mashpee Neck <br /> Road, Simons Narrows Road, and the two abutters recognize the <br /> fort F <br /> y �4 0} foot access strip. <br /> u�� •YI <br /> H <br /> �I�I�{c i• rt <br /> Mr. Sanicki reported the Association has met (documentation <br /> Of which he did not have with him) and has approved the actions =I <br /> Of Mr. Sanicki in this matter, <br /> I, <br /> Mr. Sanicki made reference to the forty (4 0) foot access way <br /> located off Shipwreck Drive as indicated on the Plan.
