The Vice Chairman, Dennis Bal zarini, presided. � ` <br /> p #1 <br /> Planning Board Members present.- Patrick Coffey, Chairman <br /> (8,13 p.m. ) ; Dennis Balzarini, Vice Chairman; James Dorgan* and <br /> John Kuchinski (6:53 p.m. ) . <br /> ,1$4y. <br /> Absent: Chance Reichel; and Scott Mitchell, Associate <br /> Member. <br /> d;. <br /> Also present: F. Thomas Fudala, Town Planner; Eric Twarog, <br /> Assistant Town Planner; and Charles Rowley, Consulting Engineer. <br /> Upon the arrival of John Kuchinski, the Vice Chairmana#, <br /> declared a quorum to be present and called the Meeting to order. k'gOt q&r <br /> 3� <br /> Approval Not Required <br /> Cl ippership Village Property owners Association <br /> I <br /> and Cape & Islands -- Signature of 2-Lot ANR Plan x; <br /> The Vice Chairman recognized Mr. Sanicki, who introduced ,. <br /> himself for the Record as Dave Sanicki, Cape & Islands ' <br /> Engineering. Mr. Sanicki made reference to a map entitled, "Plan <br /> of Land located in Mashpee, MA, prepared for C1 ippership Village' <br /> of Mashpee Property owners Association, Inc. , dated June 8, 1998. <br /> The Vice Chairman inquired as to ownership. Mr. Sanicki <br /> explained the Association owns the parcel, there is ample � • <br /> frontage around .the property, ample frontage on Mashpee Neck <br /> Road, Simons Narrows Road, and the two abutters recognize the <br /> fort F <br /> y �4 0} foot access strip. <br /> u�� •YI <br /> H <br /> �I�I�{c i• rt <br /> Mr. Sanicki reported the Association has met (documentation <br /> Of which he did not have with him) and has approved the actions =I <br /> Of Mr. Sanicki in this matter, <br /> I, <br /> Mr. Sanicki made reference to the forty (4 0) foot access way <br /> located off Shipwreck Drive as indicated on the Plan. He'. stated • `` <br /> 3 <br /> e Association has voted to sell half of the forty (40) foot � <br /> strip to each abutter (twenty (2 0} feet each) .
