Rowley, PE, RLS, addressed to Pat Coffey, * <br /> Chairman, Town of Mashpee Planning Board, regarding Inspection of sa�r <br /> Rosewood Acres (former Andrade Subdivision, Christina Lane) . Mr. <br /> Rowley has recommended security in the amount of Four Thousand <br /> ($4, 000 . 00) Dollars. <br /> i <br /> Mr. Eagan then presented a check in said amount, as well as l, <br /> the Release of Covenant Agreement. <br /> The Vice Chairman entertained a motion be made relative to <br /> Mr. Eagan' s request for Release of Covenant. <br /> MOTION: John Kuchinski made a Mot ion to release ease nine (9} ;� n <br /> 1. <br /> lots located on Christina Lane, subject to the posting of <br /> security (bond) in the amount of Four Thousand ($4, 0 0 0 . 0 0) <br /> Dollars; which Motion was seconded by James Dorgan and so voted r � <br /> unanimously. <br /> Plannin Board Members Dennis Balzarini, James Dorgan, and #� w <br /> John Kuchinski signed three (3) copies each of the Release of <br /> Covenant for two (2) separate owners. Having determined this act <br /> to have been the free act and deed of the Board, said Releases , <br /> were notarized by the Board Secretary. The check was left with <br /> the Town Planner.
