Otis, Heirs of Marion Hinckley, dated June 11, ''y <br /> 199811 . <br /> 1 <br /> MOTION- John Kuchinski made a Motion to rant approval of <br /> g pp <br /> the Definitive Plan; which Motion was seconded by Dennis <br /> Balzarini and so voted unanimously. <br /> The Town Planner clarified that the note referring to Lot #2 �. <br /> will be included as a Condition within the Decision and that said ; . <br /> Decision is to be filed immediately, <br /> The Town Planner suggested the Engineer obtain the Plan from °#.., <br /> the Planning Department, make the required notation, and forward k' . I ij <br /> copies appropriate f or signing at a later date. <br /> Definitive Plan <br /> Anthony La.Cava/Baxter & Nye-Great Hay Road <br /> Signature of 2-Lot Definitive Plan- "Quashnet Valley Country Club <br /> The chairman recognized Attorney Kevin Kirrane, who stated � <br /> :all <br /> �, <br /> Mr. Baxter was unable to attend the Meeting this date. oI <br /> Attorney Kirrane stated his appearance before the Board was I. <br /> to ascertain the amount required to post an adequate bond in this AiJ4 <br /> matter, as determined b an 'inspection of the property b the <br /> i y p, P P Y Y E <br /> Consulting Engineer, Attorney Kirrane stated he had submitted <br /> the appropriate information (numbers) at the last Meeting. <br /> At this point there was some Board discussion, and references <br /> were being made to the Plan with reference to the location of <br /> Snead Drive, Great Hay Road, cul-de-sac. <br /> The chairman deferred to the Town Planner with regard to a <br /> Proposal made by Attorney Kirrane whereby Applicant would seek � <br /> release on fewer lots in order to proceed; however, the Board 44. <br /> would not be in receipt of surety for approximately one (1) week.
