Members that they had signed <br /> the Performance Guarantee at the previous Meeting, which he was <br /> to hold in escrow until such time as it was signed off by the Al <br /> Consulting Engineer. The Consulting Engineer has made any, <br /> inspection noting that drainage has been repaired to his <br /> satisfaction, all as stated in a Fax to the Planning Department. <br /> Due to the fact the Consulting Engineer was not present at <br /> this Meeting, the Town Planner requested the Board allow him to <br /> file and release said Guarantee with the Town Treasurer based. Mr. Rowley f s letter. <br /> MoTIoN: James Dorgan made a Motion to approve release of <br /> Performance Guarantee based upon Mr. Rowley' s inspection and <br /> letter of satisfaction; which Motion was seconded by Dennis <br /> Balzarini and so voted unanimously. <br /> Covenant Release <br /> Lipnosky Family Trust-Ed Govoni--Three Ponds Subdivision <br /> Release of Covenant on 11-Lots <br /> The Town Planner informed Board Members that Applicant has <br /> not yet contacted the Consulting Engineer to inform him whether <br /> or not construction has been completed with reference to the <br /> entrance area and to request an inspection. Therefore, there is <br /> no favorable recommendation from the Consulting Engineer. <br /> The Board determined no formal request for release of <br /> any/all monies being held has been filed by Applicant to date. <br /> Board Items <br /> Asher' s Heights Development <br /> The Town Planner informed the Board that a public meeting <br /> with the Selectmen had taken place with reference to the Asher' s <br /> Heights Development/Town taking of the roads. The homeowners are <br /> unhappy about the amount of betterment proposed by the DPW <br /> Director. I ; <br /> I <br /> The DPW Director has suggested that all driveway aprons be <br /> paved and that the entire lighting system be rebuilt, neither off <br /> which items are addressed within the Planning Board Subdivision <br /> i <br /> Regulations. qI <br /> --4- <br />
