Approved with <br /> changes and conditions June 15 . Decision filing date <br /> extended to July 8, 1994. <br /> Brian Hyde and John Slavinsky were present. <br /> ;¢ The Board received a fax from Charlie Rowley . These revised <br /> plans incorporate all the suggestions of the previous meeting and <br /> all the engineering issues have been settled . <br /> The applicant would like to name the road Brian ' s Way but the <br /> name was not on the plan and it has not been checked with the <br /> Town Clerk . <br /> Mr. Slavinsky hand wrote the name on the plans .
