Board of Selectmen and Clerk <br /> get copies of all minutes. <br /> Greg Taylor comments on the Van Tol subdivision . <br /> - Oct. town meeting warrant closes on August 8th at 4: 30 . <br /> Does the Board have any articles to submit? <br /> f Tony said he would like to discuss changing the bylaw which <br /> �C <br /> house <br /> requires a to be within 150 ft of a <br /> ' � paved surface . Fire Chief and <br /> rr Building Inspector to a meeting to discuss it? <br /> " 1 The Board decided to invite them to the next meeting , July 20th , <br /> P at 6 : 40 p.m. <br /> Selectmen liaison assignments - Judy Mills is liaison to the <br /> Planning Board . <br /> - APCC State of the Cape Conference Report. <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> Applicant: Brian Hyde/John Slavinsky <br /> Location : Red Brook Road <br /> Request: Discussion of 3-lot Definitive Plan . Approved with <br /> changes and conditions June 15 . Decision filing date <br /> extended to July 8, 1994. <br /> Brian Hyde and John Slavinsky were present. <br /> ;¢ The Board received a fax from Charlie Rowley . These revised <br /> plans incorporate all the suggestions of the previous meeting and <br /> all the engineering issues have been settled . <br /> The applicant would like to name the road Brian ' s Way but the <br /> name was not on the plan and it has not been checked with the <br /> Town Clerk . <br /> Mr. Slavinsky hand wrote the name on the plans .
