He <br /> _ informed the Board that he has met with waterways commission in <br /> 1 h131' the interim. <br /> :r. <br /> He addressed the f ollowing issues: Buf f lehead Bay Landings <br /> as the relate to an easement controlled b Fish and wildlife as <br /> y y <br /> shown on a revised ANR Plan approved by the Planning Board. <br /> Shellfish Resource Maps within the Plan have been updated and <br /> 4 <br /> C indicate "For planning purposes only, not intended for regulatory <br /> use it <br /> The Shellfish constable, Richard York, commented that the <br /> Shellfish Con ni s s ion unanimously favors removing said wording <br /> from the Maps.
