" The Chairman tabled discussion of <br /> this issue at this point in order to address #5: <br /> � Irk�1El <br /> .t <br /> Amendment to the Zoning Bylaw - Article 13 - Groundwater <br /> Protection District section 174--79 adding all of the land labeled <br /> :lIF kk k: <br /> "zone II" on a map dated October 196 submitted with the Article. <br /> The Chairman addressed an earlier request made b Donna McCaffrey <br /> � Y <br /> to delete this Article (#44 in the Warrant) . There being no <br /> objection to an Indefinite Postponement of this Article, the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion to that effect. <br /> I , <br /> MOTION-- Martine Mei j eeing made a Motion in support of <br /> Indefinite Postponement of the above-mentioned Town Meeting <br /> Article #44; which Motion was seconded by Dennis Balzarini and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> :4 <br /> I <br /> The Chairman recognized Elizabeth Petti with reference to <br /> Town Meeting Article #46 - Popponesset. Ms. Petti requested a <br /> 1,4i.. <br /> correction be made with reference to maximum lot coverage, from <br /> thirty (30W) percent to twenty (20%) percent. The Town Planner <br /> 4 hiwja��:l.. advised this correction would have to be made on Town Meeting <br /> " Floor, as it is printed 1130%" in the Warrant. <br /> 4 <br /> Ms. Petti informed the Board nine (9) lots would be affected <br /> '~° by this Bylaw, representing slightly more than one (1%) percent <br /> of all the homes in Popponesset.
