Allows Applicant the flexibility to add garages in areas <br /> where there is impervious space shown i.e. pavement, on the Plan. <br /> =L The 17 8-10 0 is building footprint for garages and units. Attorney Butler agreed to make a <br /> notation on the Plan. The Chairman suggested defining the word <br /> � "impervious" the first time it is mentioned within the document. <br /> The Town Planner suggested there be included in paragraph 15 <br /> specific language allowing said fifty (5 0 W) percent to be <br /> outside of the 17 8-10 0 number, thereby eliminating the need to <br /> CHI=,;:;��: undergo the Special Permit Modification process. <br /> ' 16. Robert Govoni inquired as to the consideration of <br /> Iundergroundr' r insta lotion of an sprinkler system in order to <br /> maintain the property. Mr. Bornstein answered there is to be a <br /> sprinkler system fed by a well. <br /> 17. The Chairman suggested wording to read, "The Applicant <br /> shall be responsible for the "immediate" repair. . . to and that the <br /> temporary construction entrance area "be landscaped to the <br /> satisfaction of the Planning Board. . �� After observations made <br /> ' by Patrick Cof fey. it was agreed to insert the time frame of six <br /> (6) months after the words " . . .upon completion of Phase I I I <br /> or, . . ; " and to post a Bond as part of Phase IBin an agreed upon <br /> Ii}• amount for the purpose of maintenance/restoration. <br /> ' H 18 .
