A manual on transportation, <br /> hazardous waste controls and water quality issues is to be <br /> i;`i i to <br /> provided to the occupants, as well as an annual audit of all <br /> occupants. Applicant had <br /> previously requested the Planning Board authorize the consulting <br /> Engineer to review the property.
