There is to be a <br /> condition within the Special Permit stating that when the entire <br /> =} ';, + project is built, there would be no increase in building or <br /> impervious coverage from what was proposed on the original Plan. <br /> A copy of said Modification document was hand delivered to <br /> Art Traczyk on March 21, 1997 . A request was made at that time <br /> to meet with him or representatives of the unit owners. <br /> Permission was granted from Attorney Michael Ford to meet <br /> directly with unit owners (and with him if he chose to do so) <br /> for the purpose of review of the Modification document, Mr. <br /> Traczyk informed Attorney Butler That they did not see any <br /> reason to meet with us. . , � which meeting has not occurred. <br /> Attorney Butler stated to the Board and for the Record that said <br /> Modification document has been submitted to the unit owners. <br /> Attorney Butler stated he has reviewed by telephone with <br /> the Town Planner the proposed Modification and discussions on a <br /> number of issues. one of the issues being formatting. Mr. <br /> Fudala suggested a format indicating a series of Findings in <br /> ' r order to clarify the Conditions within the existing Special <br /> Permit are unchanged, except to the extent they are changed <br /> within the Modification document. -6- <br />
