MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS Mashpee Housing Authority and Housing Assistance Corporation Breezy Acres Phase II—570 Old Barnstable Road Mashpee, MA 02649 CP-10-29 18. The Applicant is responsible for the preparation and execution of any document that may be required by DHCD in order to have all of the Project's units included on the Town's Subsidized Housing Inventory. 19. As security for completion of the infrastructure shown on the Final Site Plans, including but not limited to the roadways, sidewalks,parking, stormwater management system, lighting, water and sewer systems, landscaping and utilities (collectively the"Infrastructure"), the release of occupancy permits for the buildings shall be subject to the following restrictions: a. No occupancy permit for a unit in any house shall be issued until the driveways,parking areas and all other infrastructure shown on the Final Site Plans for the Project have been completed, excepting the final course of pavement for the driveways and parking areas. Prior to the issuance of the occupancy permit for the last duplex building, the Applicant shall install the final course of pavement for the driveways and parking areas and complete any remaining curbing landscaping and any"punch list" items identified by the Board's engineer, to the extent consistent with the Final Site Plans. b. In that the Plans reviewed by the Board were preliminary, no occupancy permits shall be issued until the Applicant complies with any other requirements or specifications that are reasonably required by the Board's engineer for compliance with the Final Site Plans, this Decision and recognized best management practices. C. Upon completion of all such Infrastructure for the applicable building, as described above, the Board's engineer shall inform the Board accordingly who may authorize the Mashpee Building Inspector's release of occupancy permits. No occupancy permit shall be issued without such authorization and such authorization shall be ineffective unless it is in writing. The Board's review and approval under this paragraph shall be undertaken at an administrative meeting rather than a full public hearing. 20. During construction, the Applicant shall maintain all feasible and reasonable means of dust control and shall collect all debris on a daily basis. No construction may occur on Sundays or on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Christmas. No construction or deliveries may begin before 7:00 a.m. nor continue past 6:00 p.m., unless approved in advance by the Board. Notwithstanding the foregoing, interior construction that doesn't generate excessive noise may occur Monday through Saturday, until 10:00 P.M. g
