Eric suggested �,06, <br /> conferring with Bruce Taylor of the Federal Government, who <br /> worked for the City of Cleveland as Assistant Attorney.! <br /> The Vice Chairman pointed out there was no public turn <br /> out from either side of this issue other than the petitioner, ,.• <br /> Diane Mulvey, representing a concern which is to be presented � <br /> to Town Meeting with Planning Board comment to be a problem. �� <br /> He further pointed out this is a complex matter which he <br /> does not fully understand at the moment. • <br /> The Vice Chairman pointed out repercussions for the Town <br /> if a Bylaw is not adopted; if the proposed Bylaw as proposed is <br /> adopted; or the possibility of adopting something other than what •�: <br /> has been proposed. '` r <br /> t <br /> Diane Mulvey stated the purpose of the proposed Bylaw is not '�V <br /> to put any existing establishment (Zachary' s) out of business, <br /> but rather to protect the Town, by way of restrictions, from anyf <br /> further establishments opening elsewhere. She further stated <br /> the purpose being to restrict certain areas such as reside <br /> ntial, <br /> schools, churches and also to protect these areas by imposing ,,Foil <br /> footage requirements. <br /> The Vice Chairman questioned how imminent the possibility of � <br /> additional establishments is; and also whether or not there are :»t, <br /> currentlycontrols in place, <br /> P ,. <br /> Mr. Fudala reminded the Board that Town Meeting Articles are ' � <br /> due the first week of August. He also suggested . <br /> advertising the proposed Article in the newspaper in an attempt <br /> to seek public input. Wtr ` <br /> (Martine Meij eying left the Meeting at this point 8: o o P.M. ) <br /> The Vice Chairman requested that Eric Smith review/research <br /> the Bylaw further and report to the Board at the next scheduled <br /> Meeting.
