The State has defined Adult <br /> Use to include video stores, movies, paraphernalia stores and <br /> adult dancing/live entertainment. She suggested ggested the intent of <br /> the bylaw be language neutral, with adverse secondary effects 6.4 <br /> being the goal. The determination of whether or not an <br /> establishment is considered adult use is whether or not twenty <br /> f ive (2 SV -percent of the stock is dedicated to adult use. <br /> �F <br /> -.4 , <br /> i <br /> } <br /> Diane Mulvey: Informed the Board that she has inquired of f+ <br /> .l� <br /> the Massachusetts Association of Planning Boards regarding <br /> information on bylaws which restrict adult live entertainment, as t„;0 }� <br /> well as night clubs. ; <br /> Dennis Balzarini inquired as to the procedure for <br /> distribution of live entertainment licenses. Eric Smith answered <br /> there is n 1 o clear standard.
