He further informed the <br /> Board of a manualdistributed by the National Law Center which <br /> includes information regarding procedures, regulations and case r <br /> law citing. Mr. York informed the Board that the study in this <br /> regard began on May 15, 1996. Two hundred and fifty (2 5 0) samples <br /> have been taken, the proposal called for ninety-five ($9 5 . 0 0) AII <br /> dollars for supplies, which have been paid for. An additional <br /> i.. <br /> twenty-seven (2 7) samples have been obtained from the original. <br /> nine hundred and seventy ($9 7 0 . 0 0) dollars. Mr. York stated he ;' y <br /> has submitted an interim report. A proposal is pending with the n.
