Allowed uses, fifteen (15%-) percent or twenty-five <br /> hundred (2, 500) square feet, whichever is greater. Subject to <br /> the Special Permit section of the Bylaw; uses to be authorized by <br /> the Planning Board; management practices relating to a Special <br /> Permit that goes beyond fifteen (15 W) percent, twenty-five <br /> hundred (2, 500) square feet. <br /> There was some discussion between Charles Rowley and John <br /> Kuchinski regarding the use of drainage materials, DEP <br /> regulations, and groundwater protection. <br /> Al <br /> The chairman made reference to a Portion of (4) (b) , He and # 10 <br /> Mr. Rowley q_iq.4tioned.: t4,e,...meaning of " . . . Mr. Rowley #� <br /> -suggested utilizing the procedures calculated by DEP. <br /> Upon request made by Mr. Rowley, Thomas Fudala agreed to <br /> mail a copy of the document to which he referred in preparing the <br /> proposed Article (Artificial Recharge: Evaluation and Guidance <br /> Municipalities, A Guide to Stormwater Infiltration) , to both Mr. <br /> Rowley and Mr. Kuchinski . <br /> The Chairman asked Mr. Fudala- if he had considered the issue <br /> Of compatibility as it would refer 'to the Development Agreement <br /> with the Industrial Park.
