An increase of 871 square feet, or 1.8 percent. + "• <br /> Originally, there were f if teen garages for a total of 6, 000 <br /> square feet- twelve garages are being proposed at a total of ; <br /> 6, 336 square feet. He further explained turn-outs to be one-lane guest <br /> parking areas . The Town Planner suggested shoulder parking in <br /> these area. Board Members expressed reluctance for approval of <br /> the proposed turn-outs. ��� <br /> Mr. Eldredge made reference to grades, stating all grades <br /> for roads are identical to the original plan- He made reference "�� <br /> to areas on the plan, indicating the necessity for a retaining <br /> wall three to eleven feet in height in the area of the cranberry <br /> bog. The building height from the first floor to the peak is � <br /> twenty seven feet . (There was discussion regarding building <br /> position. ) <br /> Mr. Eldredge reported that this phase proposed forty five <br /> units; there has been a decrease of two units for a total of <br /> forty three units . <br /> At this point the Chairman addressed members of the public, ,.. <br /> explaining points of tonight ' s discussion (proposed road changes, <br /> building locations, retaining wall construction, no major <br /> changes) . Mr. Eldredge volunteered to review the plan after the <br /> Meeting with any interested owners. Mr. Eldredge said he would <br /> furnish the Board with additional information; he agreed to <br /> remove the three turn-out areas from the plan. <br /> The Chairman summarized proposed alterations, improvements, <br /> whichThere are concerns regarding <br /> had been very well presented.. <br /> the proposed retaining wall.
