(Maps 4-1, 4-2, and 4-3 . ) �„ <br /> Inventory of Water Resources-Public Water Supply Wells: The <br /> Water District has four (4) wells, three of which were acquired �ME <br /> from the High Wood Water company (located off Rock Landing Road <br /> and Wading Place Road) and the T-4 well (located south of <br /> Sampson' s Mill Road) . The current total daily supply available' <br /> is 2, 700, 000 gallons per day. (Map 4-4. ) <br /> Potential Public Water Supply Wells: Prior to the creation ry <br /> of Mashpee Water District, fourteen (14) sites were reviewed by <br /> the Water Supply committee. The T-4 well has been developed. <br /> The P-11 well was not developed due to contamination concerns . <br /> The P-1 #2 well, permitted by DEP, located west of the Quashnet <br /> River, which is State land. The Division of Fisheries and <br /> Wildlife will not permit the use of the well due to concerns <br /> regarding the flow of water in the Quashnet River and trout <br /> spawning. Unresolved issues remain in connection with the <br /> Holland Mills well. There remain two potential sites, the T-8 _ <br /> wells 1 h Santuit Pond. and T-5 well. Noisy Hole <br /> located Wort o f Y <br /> Road; Mashpee village and Meetinghouse village projects; and the r <br /> Merganser site. The Town is in need of every available well. site <br /> in order to meet the potential demand. <br /> Inventory of Water Resources-Wastewater Treatment <br /> Facilities: There are f our (4) operating sewer treatment plants <br /> in Town, all of which are privately owned.
