Eric Smith commented that the Commission has regulated a DRI on anything over thirty-five (35) feet. It now appears the Commission has exempted this proposal from the DRI process, allowing construction of said 250-foot tower. Mr. Smith commented the purpose for Commission involvement was to gain some public control of this situation. He is not in agreement with this turn of events. (There was some Board discussion in this regard, Tele- Communications/Tele-Communications Facilities. ) The Chairman made mention to Associate Member, Chance Reichel, of Seminars/Newsletters pertaining to Board Member training. MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to adjourn the Meeting; which Motion was seconded by John Kuchinski. At this point, Thomas Fudala requested a time of 7:00 p.m. be scheduled for the Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan for the November 5, 1997 Meeting; and Energy for the November 19, 1997 Meeting, to which the Board agreed. Dennis Balzarini respectfully requested his previous Motion made and seconded to adjourn be withdrawn. Thomas Fudala requested approval to make a correction on page --13- of the Windchime Point Special Permit. The Chairman entertained a motion be made in this regard. V„r MOTION: John Kuchinski made a Motion to approve the Town Planner' s Office to change Exhibit "B" to read Exhibit "Ct' on page -13- of the Windchime Point Special Permit and to notify Jim. yh the appropriate parties; which Motion was seconded by Dennis Balzarini and so voted unanimously. 1 fi: Adjournment A.
