a; I�. Release of covenant was thereupon signed by Board Members and Notarized by the Board Secretary. (This matter concluded at 6: 5o p.m. ) Public Hearing Request-Change Name of Road from "A Street" to "Lisa Lane" r, NOTE: There were approximately seven (7) interested members of the public in attendance. The Chairman recognized the Town Planner and requested an O'I update of this matter. The Town Planner informed the Board of a request to officially change the name of what is shown on the original plan as "A Street" , to "Lisa Lane" . The original plan of land is entitled, "Plan of Land in Mashpee, Newell B. Snow, Surveyor, dated June 15, 1960 and May 18, 1962, n showing A Street, B Street. and C Street within the subdivision. Subsequent modifications to the plan were made by 1972, indicating B Street as Tracy Lane, formerly B Street on a. Land. ��k Court Plan; Gia Lane, formerly C Street is shown on a Land Court Plan; Lisa Lane is not indicated on any of the Land Court Plans. The Assessor' s records continue to indicate A-B-C Streets. The Town Planner explained that people living in the neighborhood would like the street to be named "Lisa Lane. " He further explained that because this is a private street, the Planning Board has the authority to name it; this Public Hearing being held for the purpose of making that determination. The Chairman inquired if there were any conflicts within the Town. There being none, he then inquired if the majority of Lisa Lane homeowners were present and supported the request for name change. All of those present at the Meeting were in favor of the name change, there was no one opposed. The Chairman directed homeowners to Greg Taylor. DPW, with regard to a road monument. , ' til The Chairman then entertained a motion with regard to the change of road name request. MOTION: John Kuchinski made a Motion to change the road _ name from "A Street" to "Lisa Lane" ; which Motion was seconded by Dennis Balzarini and so voted unanimously. r The Town Planner requested the Board authorize the Board Secretary to forward a Memo to Town Clerk and Assessor' s Office for the purpose of notification of said vote and approval of road ;lot ; name change.
