There are ten (10) existing units, <br /> request being made for an addition thirty (3 0) units for a total <br /> of forty (40) units. <br /> Mr. Besse submitted an Application, Six sets of Plans and �� <br /> the Fee. He requested a date for Public Hearing be scheduled in <br /> the matters of the Subdivision Plan, as well as a Modification of �t <br /> the Special Permit, Fencing Plan. <br /> Mr. Besse proceeded to submit to the Planning Board a <br /> Comprehensive Fencing Master Plan entitled, Proposed os ed Fence, 'I r <br /> Willowbend Development Corporation. Mr. Besse explained this <br /> Plan was being submitted for approval of proposed fencing around 4 <br /> the Willowbend area for reasons of security and aesthetics. He <br /> further explained chain link fencing is proposed for wooded : <br /> areas, and the Nantucket-style fencing for roadside areas. '" <br /> The Town Planner explained the Board could vote to waive <br /> a preliminary subdivision plan, and approve the Definitive Plan, `'4 <br /> Special Permit Modification simultaneously with the Hearing for ' <br /> the Fencing Plan. <br /> The Chairman questioned the request for the use of chain <br /> link fencing, to which Mr. Besse answered Willowbend has <br /> experienced, some security/vandalism issues. As the project �q <br /> nears build-out, there is input from other residents/homeowners ` <br /> and Associations which have to be addressed. , <br /> If l <br /> At this point, Mr. Besse made a formal request for waiver, <br /> to be submitted in writing. <br /> The Town Planner raised the issues of wildlife and <br /> outstanding violations with regard to the Special Permit (Simons fill <br /> Road) .
