He presented a .. <br /> Plan of Land entitled, "Preliminary Subdivision Plan, located in <br /> Mashpee, MA, prepared for Park Avenue Realty, dated November 18, <br /> 1997 . <br /> Attorney Karrine indicated to the Chairman there would be no <br /> request for Waivers necessary, subject to the Applicant' s <br /> engineering report. Mr. Dedecko stated, to his knowledge there <br /> is nothing unusual about the Plan being presented. ` <br /> The Chairman requested Applicant be prepared to comment on <br /> traffic impacts/safety issues as they relate to the location of <br /> the proposed roadway. <br /> s <br /> Mr. Rowley commented the impacts for a residential use would <br /> appear to be rather small . He stated there were no other <br /> concerns at the moment, with the exception of a specified area <br /> indicating a flat contour. <br /> In response to an inquiry regarding a proposed schedule put <br /> by the Chairman, Attorney Karrine stated, as soon as the engineer <br /> can finalize the Definitive and contact with the Massachusetts � = : <br /> Highway Department is made. <br /> With regard to a Preliminary Hearing to discuss the <br /> Definitive Plan, the Chairman stated an interest in traffic/ <br /> safety proposed of the location of the entrance and water <br /> impacts.
