1� <br /> 1 <br /> Peggy McGarrahan, Cotuit Resident: Commented that a chain <br /> link fence would prove to be a barrier to the wildlife (deer and <br /> small animals) . <br /> At this point, the Chairman invited members of the public <br /> to come forward in order to view the Plan being proposed (7:40 <br /> P.M. ) <br /> Mr. Baker suggested the Planning Board refer this matter to �! <br /> the CCC for review as there no longer exists a similarity between ' <br /> what was originally permitted and continued proposed changes. ; <br /> The Chairman determined Applicant has not yet made a clear <br /> request, possible CCC jurisdiction has been introduced this ; <br /> evening, and no Planning Board action is anticipated at this <br /> Meeting. He further stated this matter to be an on-going, <br /> , <br /> lengthy negotiation process. <br /> In response to a question by Mr. Besse, the Town Planner <br /> stated a CCC representative viewed said Plans at Town Halle <br /> ;r <br /> earlier in the day, prompted by concerns raised by abutters. <br /> The Town Planner also having suggested to CCC a matter of weeks <br /> ago to review the Plans. 5 <br /> There being no further input in this regard, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion for continuance. ` <br /> MOTION: John Kuchinski made a Motion to continue the Public <br /> Hearing, Wi l l owbend Development Corporation, to 5:4 5 p.m. on <br /> January 7, 1998; which Motion was duly seconded by Chance Reichel <br /> and so voted unanimously. (This matter concluded at 7: 50 p.m. ) <br /> Public Hearing 1 <br /> Evelyn Young-ockway Bay Estates--Road Name Changes <br /> {f <br /> The Chairman called the Public Hearing, determined there <br /> were no members of the public present, and stated he was _ <br /> uncomfortable making any name changes without agreement and/or <br /> acknowledgement from residents of the proposed change of road <br /> names: Tracy Lane-Degrasse Road-Gia Street.
