The Board determined to change the words <br /> "any efforts" to read "efforts. " <br /> 7 . The Town will implement the performance standards <br /> prescribed by the Barnstable county Regional Policy Plan and any <br /> programs requiring provisions for Affordable Housing. The <br /> Regional Policy Plan has established guidelines, minimum <br /> performance standards 5 .1 .2 . through 5 .1. 15 with which this y <br /> Element should be consistent. <br /> 8 . The Town encourages the use of existing structures as a r <br /> primary means of addressing our Affordable Housing needs (rehab) . <br /> 9 . The Town will seek out and encourage the development of <br /> innovative strategies designed to address the housing needs of <br /> Mashpee residents. <br /> 10 .
