V-09-07 19 Simons Road Certificate#25773 Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 Book 23691 Page 152 Map 69 Parcel 183-A A Request for an Extension of the above-referenced Variance was filed on March 23, 2010 by Willowbend Country Club, Inc. of Mashpee, Massachusetts. Notice was duly given to abutters and by publication in the Mashpee Enterprise. A Public Hearing was held on the Petition on April 14, 2010. The Petitioner cited construction delays due to economic reasons. The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals hereby grants a six-month Extension on the above-referenced Variance. Dorsey If the rights authorized by a Variance are not exercised within one year of the date of grant of such Variance such rights shall lapse; provided, however, that the permit granting authority in its discretion and upon written application by the grantee of such rights may extend the time for exercise of such rights for a period not to exceed six months; and provided, further, that the application for such extension is filed with such permit granting authority prior to the expiration of such one year period. This Decision has been duly filed on April 15, 2010 with the Town Clerk of Mashpee. Any appeals shall be made pursuant to Section 17 of the Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A within Twenty days after the date of said filing. A Certified Copy can be obtained from the Town Clerk after the expiration of the 20-day Appeal period pursuant to Section 11 of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. This Decision is effective when a Certified Copy is filed at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds.
