Mashpee Zoning Shane Caiazzo 3 <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> SP-09-18 <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 8 Chart Way and contains 23,501 square <br /> feet. <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS <br /> The Board determined that: <br /> 1. there is adequate land area to provide sufficient parking. <br /> 2. the immediate neighborhood consists of single-family homes of similar size; <br /> many of which have been improved with additions or reconstruction. <br /> 3. there will be the installation of a Title V septic system. <br /> 4. the proposed dwelling will be less non-conforming that what currently exists <br /> now. <br /> 5. there shall be no visible noise generating mechanical equipment installed <br /> adjacent to 9 Chart Way and shall be located on the Creek Side. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion <br /> duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on May 13, <br /> 2009 to grant a Special Permit to raze, change and alter the existing dwelling on the <br /> subject property. The Special Permit is conditioned on plans from Falmouth <br /> Engineering, plot plan by Engineering Works, Inc. of Forestdale and surveying done by <br /> Hood Survey Group of Sandwich, dated January 5, 2009, revised February 5, 2009, <br /> February 10, 2009, February 12, 2009, April 9, 2009 and April 15, 2009. <br />
