March 18, 2008 <br /> j <br /> 8. Within one year of obtaining a use and occupancy permit, the owner shall <br /> comply with the following: <br /> a. The fenced-in area, west of the on-site structure (from the rear <br /> building line to the western fence) shall be paved with appropriate <br /> storm water drainage installed. Plans for the drainage and area to <br /> be paved shall be drawn by a Registered Engineer and designed to <br /> capture and drain into an M.D.C. type catch basin. Design plans <br /> shall be approved by the Board of Health prior to installation. <br /> b. An operations and maintenance contract for the catch basins shall <br /> be submitted to the Board of Health. The contract shall be <br /> maintained annually. <br /> 9. The unit operated by Pina Sanitation shall not be utilized for repairing <br /> vehicles other than those owned/operated by Pina Sanitation. <br />
