Mashpee Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals Richard Dyer <br /> 4 SP-08-56 <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 628 Main Street and contains <br /> 6,660 square feet. <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS <br /> 1. the proposed use and development are consistent with applicable law, <br /> rules and regulations. <br /> 2. there will be no adverse effect on public health or safety. <br /> 3. there will not be an excessive demand upon community facilities L <br /> created as a result of the proposal. <br /> 4. there will not be a significant adverse impact on the environmental <br /> factors listed in Section 174-24.C.2. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found <br /> that the Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special <br /> Permit. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> voted unanimously on December 10, 2008 to grant a Special Permit. <br />
