Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on February 16, 2007 and <br /> February 23, 2007, a copy of«hick is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, February 28, 2007, at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Zella Elizenberry, <br /> Frederick Borgeson, James Reiffarth and George Bolton. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Ruth Johnson represents herself along with her husband at this hearing. She is <br /> seeking a special permit in order to have a skin care/massage studio in the Clover <br /> Building that exists on Falmouth Road. The board reviews the plans and sees that the <br /> board of health has signed off on the project. Frederick Borgeson makes a motion to <br /> grant the Special Permit. Zella Elizenberry seconds the motion. <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 759 Falmouth Road and contains 93,568 <br /> square feet. <br />
