Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on December 30, 2005 and <br /> January 6, 2006 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hatt on <br /> Wednesday, January 11, 2006 at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Frederick Borgeson, <br /> Zella Elizenberry, Marshall Breen and Evano Curdia. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Tim Santos from Holmes & McGrath represents the applicant at this hearing. <br /> They are seeking a special permit and a variance to include reconstruction and <br /> maintenance of the existing 3 bedroom single family home with proposed additions and <br /> decks, a septic system modification, mitigation plantings, excavation and landscaping. <br /> The need a variance from the wetlands setback requirement in order to construct the new <br /> additions. The Conservation Commission has approved the project. The house is limited <br /> to three bedrooms and will contain 15% lot coverage when completed. They plan to <br /> build on part of the existing foundation but new sonitubes are proposed to be installed for <br />
