Upon motion <br /> duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted 4-1 on January 11, 2006 to <br /> grant a Special Permit to allow for razing, altering and changing of the dwelling and <br /> rebuilding of a partial new dwelling. The Special Permit is conditioned upon compliance <br /> with plans from Holmes &McGrath, dated October 26, 2005,job no. 205146. <br />
