Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on December 30, 2005 and <br /> January 6, 2006, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, January 11, 2006, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Zella Elizenberry, <br /> Frederick Borgeson, Marshall Brem and Evano Cunha. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Krissie Proulx represents herself at this hearing. She is seeking a variance on a <br /> corner lot in order to expand her house with a 20 x 24 addition. They are burdened with <br /> maintaining two frontages since it is a corner lot. Mr. Brem moves to grant a 9.2 foot <br /> variance to Cambridge Drive and a 13.7 foot variance to Somerset Road. Robert Nelson <br /> seconds the motion. A roll vote is taken. Marshall Brem votes yes. Mr.Nelson votes <br /> yes. Zella Elizenberry votes yes. Frederick Borgeson votes yes. Evano Cunha votes yes. <br /> Motion is carried unanimously. <br />
