Hibsher 29 Pond Circle <br /> Map 64 Parcel 69 <br /> SP-06-16 <br /> A Petition was filed on January 13, 2006 for a Special Permit under Section 174- <br /> 25.I.9 of the Zoning By-laws to license an existing seasonal dock with a new float on <br /> property located in an R-5 zoning district at 29 Pond Circle (Map 64 Parcel 69) <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on January 20, 2006 and <br /> January 27, 2006, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on April 12, 2006 on the Petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of Appeals were <br /> present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Frederick Borgeson, Jonathan Furbush, <br /> Eric Dublirer and Marshall Brem. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> John Slavinsky of Cape &Islands Engineering represented the petitioner at this <br /> hearing. They are seeking a special permit to license an existing seasonal dock with a <br /> new float. They were unaNvare a permit was needed for this. The board reviews the plans <br /> and finds everything in order. There are no comments from abutters and everything has <br /> been approved by Conservation. Marshall Brem makes a motion to grant the special <br /> permit. <br /> P <br />
