Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on April 7, 2006 and April 14, <br /> 2006, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, April 26, 2006, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Frederick Borgeson, <br /> Jonathan Furbush, Eric Dublirer and Marshall Brem. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Stephen Giatrelis represents himself at this hearing. He is seeking a special <br /> permit in the industrial zone in order to build contractor bays. He is seeking a use permit <br /> in order to have plumbing, electrical or carpentry shop or other similar service or repair <br /> establishement, a place for manufacturing, assembly or packaging goods, a wholesale <br /> business and storage in a roofed structure. Mr. Giatrelis has been approved by the Board <br /> for a similar building and the Board is happy with how business is being conducted there. <br /> This request is conducive to the businesses already in that area and the Board feels this <br /> requests is appropriate. <br />
