Crocker, Jr. 14 Sampson's Mill Road <br /> Lot 2 Map 62 Parcel 247 <br /> V-06-57 <br /> A Petition was filed on June 29, 2006 by James H. Crocker, Jr. of Osterville, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance under Sections 174-21.1 (B)(2); 174-37; 174-41K; 174- <br /> 41 M; 174-42 of the Zoning By-laws to allow for construction of a commercial building <br /> with retail sales on property located in a C-2 and R-5 zoning district at 14 Sampson's <br /> Mill Road (Map 62 Parcels 247) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on March 26, 2004 and April <br /> 2, 2004, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. Public Hearings at <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, <br /> April 28, 2004, Wednesday, May 12, 2004, Wednesday, July 14, 2004 and on <br /> Wednesday,November 10, 2004 at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert G. Nelson, James Regan, <br /> Richard T. Guerrera, Zella E. Elizenber-ry.and Marshall Brem. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane of Dunning and Kirrane represents the applicant at this hearing. <br /> Applicant is requesting a Special Permit and Variance to construct a 6,851 square foot <br /> building on two floors; whereby 3,558 square feet would be for retail and 3,293 square <br />
