Mashpee Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals Lisa Drake <br /> 3 V-05-30 <br /> (417 Monomoscoy Road) <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of the following: <br /> ✓ 49.75 foot frontage variance <br /> ✓ 9,640 square foot landspace variance <br /> ✓ the northerly side of the deck be cantilevered 2 feet moving it to 11.4 feet from <br /> the sideyard thus requiring a 3.6 foot variance. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously on May 11, 2005 to grant this to Petitioner. This variance is conditioned on <br /> plans from Sullivan Engineering, Inc. of Osterville, MA, dated September 21, 2004 and <br /> revised March 4, 2005, and architectural plans from Northside Design Associates of <br /> Yarmouthport, MA, dated March 7, 2005. <br />
