Upon motion <br /> duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on March 23, <br /> 3005 to grant a Special Permit to alter the existing dwelling on the subject property. The <br /> Special Permit is conditioned upon approval of the Conservation Commission and with <br /> compliance of plans from Warwick & Associates, Inc. of North Falmouth, MA, dated <br /> July 19, 2004, revised March 8, 2005, architectural plans from Polhemus, Savery & <br /> DaSilva of Chatham, MA, dated October 15, 2004 and landscape plans from Hawk <br /> Design, Inc., of Boston, MA, dated February 2, 2005. <br />
