Mashpee Zoning Barbara Beeby 3 <br /> Board of Appeals c/o Elliot and Anne Bloom <br /> SP-05-31 <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS <br /> The Board determined that: <br /> 1. there is adequate land area to provide sufficient parking. <br /> 2. the immediate neighborhood consists of single-family homes of similar size; <br /> many of which have been improved with additions or reconstruction. <br /> 3. there will be the installation of a new septic system. <br /> 4. the proposed dwelling will be less non-conforming that what currently exists <br /> now. <br /> 5. the number of bedrooms will be reduced from four to three, thus reducing the <br /> total effluent to this neighborhood. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion <br /> duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on April 12, <br /> 2005 to grant a Special Permit to raze, change and alter the existing dwelling on the <br /> subject property. The Special Permit is conditioned on plans from Falmouth <br /> Engineering, dated June 10, 2004, revised July 29, 2004 and revised April 4, 2005, <br /> project number 03166, architectural plans from Archi-tect Associates, of Cotuit, MA, <br /> dated April 12, 2005,job number 0349, as prepared for the applicants. <br />
